We provide free initial consultations for all estate planning clients in order to determine the best estate plan providing wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other documents necessary to ensure that our client’s wishes are fulfilled. Many services are provided on a flat fee basis which will be communicated to you at the initial meeting.
Probate and Trust Administration
We provide free consultations for all probate and trust administration matters to aid in administering both decedent estates and trusts. We pride ourselves on helping families through this trying time.
Business and Real Estate Law
We assist our clients in meeting their business goals, including forming business entities, drafting and negotiating business contracts and facilitating in mergers and acquisitions. We also draft real estate contracts as well as handling a variety of real estate matters such as real property disputes and title issues.
Banking Law
We have decades of experience representing community banks throughout Kansas. We handle a wide variety of issues acting as outside counsel for their legal needs, including collections, foreclosures, bankruptcies, loan document preparation and review, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, as well as general legal needs related to the banking sector. We are a full-service law firm for our banking clients.
